"PGA Champions Tour Golfer Jim Dent Gives Back!"
The African American Golfers Hall of Fame held a golf clinic at the West Palm Beach Golf Course on Saturday, May 29, 2010 during their annual Celebration & Hall of Fame Induction event. PGA Champions Tour Golfer Jim Dent took time off the tour to give a golf clinic with a little help from his friends. The golf clinic took place so that area children, parents and others would have an opportunity to experience the game of golf. Inner City Youth Golfers', Inc. donated golf clubs to area kids and their parents at the event. See slide in the Junior Golf News section of the web site.

It is a precision club-and-ball sport, in which competing players (golfers), using many types of clubs, attempt to hit balls into each hole on a golf course while employing the fewest number of strokes.
